Assumption of Risk and Liability Waiver:

• By participating in any Daely events or programs, participants acknowledge and assume the inherent risks associated with sports activities, including but not limited to physical injury, property damage, or other unforeseen incidents.

Participant's Health and Safety:

• Participants affirm that they are physically fit for the chosen program or event.
• Participants must disclose any pre-existing health conditions, allergies, medications, or other relevant health information that may affect their participation.

Medical Emergency and Health Insurance:

• Daely strongly recommends that all participants have valid and sufficient health insurance coverage.
• In the case of a medical emergency, Daely will take all reasonable steps to contact the emergency contact provided and seek necessary medical attention. Participants are responsible for any resulting medical expenses.

Code of Conduct:

• Participants are expected to adhere to a high standard of sportsmanship and respect towards coaches, fellow participants, and staff.
• Any disruptive behaviour, harassment, or violation of the code of conduct may result in immediate dismissal from the program without a refund.

Consent for Medical Treatment:

• In the event of injury or illness, participants, or their legal guardians, authorize Daely staff to seek and consent to necessary medical treatment.

Refund and Cancellation Policy:

• Refunds will be provided according to the outlined refund policy for each specific event or program:

At Daely, we strive to ensure your satisfaction and a positive experience with our programs, services, and merchandise. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities.

Camp and Event Registrations:

• Refund requests for camp and event registrations must be submitted in writing to our customer service team at least 14 days before the scheduled start date.
• Refunds requested within 14 days of the event may be subject to a partial refund or may not be processed, depending on the circumstances. We encourage early notification for smoother processing.

Merchandise Purchases:

• Refund or exchange requests for merchandise purchased through our website or events must be submitted within 30 days of the purchase date.
• To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the merchandise must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.

Cancellation or Rescheduling:

• Daely reserves the right to cancel or reschedule events due to unforeseen circumstances or other factors. In such cases, participants will be notified, and a full refund or alternative options will be provided.

Processing Time:

• Please allow up to 14 business days for the processing of refund requests. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
