Alonzo Addae & Daely
Alonzo Addae grew up in Pickering, Ontario. He didn't start
playing football until high school — switching over from
soccer with no guarantees, no blueprint, and no obvious
path forward.
What he had was a willingness to show up every day. That
decision earned him a Division I scholarship to West Virginia
University, a Master's degree in Sports Management, and
eventually a spot in the Canadian Football League.
But the part nobody talks about: between college and the
pros, there was a year where nothing was working. He went
undrafted. He kept going. In 2020, Alonzo made a deliberate
commitment — daily mental and physical habits,
non-negotiable, regardless of outcome. That season became
his best. The draft came the following year.

Daely was born from that realization. Not a highlight reel —
a practice. Not motivation — a method. The name itself is
rooted in the daily commitment that changed everything.
In 2021, Alonzo brought that philosophy home. He started
building programs across the Durham region, Toronto, and
Ottawa — youth camps, run clubs, community events — all
anchored to the same founding idea: consistent effort, over
time, changes lives.
