Alonzo Addae & Daely
Alonzo Addae grew up in Pickering, Ontario. He didn't start
playing football until high school — switching over from
soccer with no guarantees, no blueprint, and no obvious
path forward.
What he had was a willingness to show up every day. That
decision earned him a Division I scholarship to West Virginia
University, a Master's degree in Sports Management, and
eventually a spot in the Canadian Football League.
But the part nobody talks about: between college and the
pros, there was a year where nothing was working. He went
undrafted. He kept going. In 2020, Alonzo made a deliberate
commitment — daily mental and physical habits,
non-negotiable, regardless of outcome. That season became
his best. The draft came the following year.

Daely was born from that realization. Not a highlight reel — a practice. Not motivation — a method. The name itself is rooted in the daily commitment that changed everything.
In 2021, Alonzo brought that philosophy home, turning it into something bigger than his own routine. What started as a personal discipline became the foundation for programs across Durham Region, Toronto, and Ottawa — youth camps, run clubs, and community events, each one built on the same idea: consistent effort, over time, changes lives.
